I believe that a human being, at any age, has an inner natural ability for self-healing and can do so if provided with the right tools, guidance and a safe place.

My Therapy room is just such a place, and my professional approach enables my clients to learn how to use these helping tools to work through their personal obstacles and issues with my unconditional acceptance, respect of client’s needs and support (and later apply them independently).

I work mainly with children and adolescents who have experienced or are currently going through difficulties in one or more of the following:

Emotional issues, such as anger, difficulties expressing feelings, low self-esteem, shyness, depression, fears, etc.

Social issues, such as lack of social skills or social difficulties, victimization, bullying, anger management, etc.

Changes in the family, such as divorce, immigration, birth of a sibling, separation, illness, death, etc.

My therapy practice includes personal as well as group counseling, using sand tray therapy, play therapy, and art therapy.
